Group Reserved Seating – 5:45pm Every Evening, Main Dining Room

Every evening attendees join together in the Main Dining Room for Dinner in the reserved seating area for the TECHSPO At Sea 2015 group. Attendees can sit anywhere they like in the reserved seating space giving ample opportunity to dine with different attendees each evening. Use this Dining Time to share experiences for the day and solidify your evening plans with friends in venues across the ship afterwards.

Networking Breaks

April 27: During General Sessions, Conference Center

Structured networking after keynote speeches and lunch. You’re provided scheduled daytime opportunities to get to know the people you connect with via social networks—up close and personal. No need to skip presentations to network; we built these breaks into the schedule.

Shore Excursions

During TECHSPO At Sea 2015 we will be spending 4 full days at different Caribbean Ports of Call, including; Labadee (Haiti), Falmouth (Jamaica), George Town (Cayman Islands) and Cozumel (Mexico) giving ample networking opportunities on the land. At each of these destinations Royal Caribbean offers a large variety of optional Shore Excursions. Enjoy Shore Activities independently with your travel partner or join your friends attending TECHSPO Cruise 2015 and share Shore Excursion experiences together. Farewell Cocktail Party

May 2: 7:30pm – 9:30pm

Before heading back to the office to implement all of the great new strategies and tactics you’ve learned, to top off a fantastic week of learning and networking along with the lifetime memories we have gained as we cruised around the Caribbean together, kick back and relax at the Farewell Cocktail Party at Pharaoh’s Palace Lounge.

Venue

All Training Workshops and General Sessions during the TECHSPO At Sea 2015 Conference will be held in the Conference Center on Deck 2 of the Freedom of the Search Cruise Ship. It is important to attend the Registration Check-in on the first day of the cruise on Sunday, April 7th, to collect your badge, lanyard and conference tote bag and also to familiarize yourself with the Conference Center venue location.

Registration Check-in – 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Registration Check-In will be at the Conference Center on Deck 2 of Royal Caribbean’s ‘Freedom of the Seas’ Cruise Ship. Registration Check-in will be followed by the Welcome Cocktail Reception also at the Conference Center.

Badges

You will receive your name badge at Registration Check-in which gives you access to events.

Opening Keynote and Sessions

TECHSPO At Sea 2015 sessions will be Monday, April 8th, 2015, 2015 at the Conference Center.
